Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our membership program! By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which ensure you receive the best experience with us. Please review these carefully.

1. Membership Usage Period

• All treatments included in your membership must be used within the 12-month membership period.
• After one year from the activation date, any unused treatments will expire and cannot be carried over or refunded.

2. Direct Debit Agreement and Cancellation Policy

• A Direct Debit (D/D) will be set up at the start of your membership along with a deposit on the first day of service.
• If your Direct Debit is canceled at any time during the membership period, your membership will also be canceled. Any remaining treatments or discounts will be forfeited.

3. Appointment and Deposit

• A deposit is required on the day of your first treatment, and your Direct Debit setup will ensure timely payments each month thereafter.
• Any missed payments may result in membership suspension until payments are up-to-date.

4. Gifting of Treatments

• You are welcome to gift up to 2 treatments per year to family or friends. Please notify us in advance to transfer these treatments.

5. Membership Benefits

• Membership benefits include the specified treatments and a 10% discount on skincare products.
• Benefits are exclusive to the member and cannot be transferred, except for the gifted treatments mentioned above.

6. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Members are responsible for scheduling treatments within the membership period. Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeited treatments.
• We’ll work to accommodate your preferred times, but specific appointment slots cannot be guaranteed.

7. Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable. Memberships are a 12-month commitment, and early cancellations will not receive a refund for unused months or treatments.
• Members who wish to cancel early may be responsible for remaining payments for the membership term or will forfeit any further services and discounts.

8. Renewal and Expiration

• Memberships are valid for 12 months from the activation date and will not automatically renew unless specified otherwise.
• We will contact members before the renewal period to confirm their preferences for the upcoming year.
