With at least 48 hours’ notice, appointments can be rescheduled and payments transferred to a future appointment..
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 0208 016 9383 or email info@drnooraesthetics.co.uk. We require notice by 12pm at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in your treatment being deducted from a pre-paid package or your booking deposit being redeemed.

Clients attending with children must be accompanied by a second responsible adult. Without an accompanying adult to supervise the child, the appointment will be cancelled and the value of the treatment or deposit will be forfeited.

Packages must be paid in full before starting treatment and used within 12 months of purchase.
Unused treatments after this period will expire and require repurchase.
