Skin tags are small, soft, flesh-coloured growths that hang off the skin. They’re medically known as acrochordons and are made up of loose collagen fibres and blood vessels surrounded by skin.

• Common areas: Neck, underarms, eyelids, under the breasts, groin, or anywhere skin rubs together
  – Size: Can range from a few millimetres to about the size of a grain of rice or larger
  – Painful? Not usually — but they can become irritated by friction, jewellery, or shaving

Benign Warts: Caused by certain strains of HPV (non-dangerous), warts are small, rough-textured bumps that can appear on hands, feet, or body.

Seborrhoeic Keratoses / Milia / Other Lesions: Other common non-cancerous skin lesions that may appear with age or skin changes.

These are medically harmless but may be cosmetically or physically bothersome.
