  • Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. Please bring a valid ID (passport or driving license) to verify your age and address during your medical questionnaire upon arrival.

  • Animals: Pets are not allowed in the clinic for hygiene reasons. If you need a support animal, please inform our team in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

  • Children: We cannot accommodate unattended children in our treatment rooms or reception area. Our staff are not trained or insured to supervise children, so please do not bring them to your appointment.

Appointment booking:

Lateness Policy:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to proceed with your treatment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Late arrivals – 10 minutes: We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this cannot be guaranteed due to the clinical schedule.

No-Show Policy:

  • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
