These Appointment and Booking Policies (“Policies”) apply to all appointments and bookings made at Dr Noor Aesthetics. By scheduling an appointment or making a booking with our clinic, you agree to adhere to these Policies. Please review them carefully before making any appointments or bookings.

General Policies

Appointments at Dr Noor Aesthetics are based on availability. We reserve the right to modify booking availability and service offerings as necessary.

Please observe the following policies when visiting our clinic:

  • Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments. Please bring a valid ID (passport or driving license) to verify your age and address during your medical questionnaire upon arrival.

  • Animals: Pets are not allowed in the clinic for hygiene reasons. If you need a support animal, please inform our team in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

  • Children: We cannot accommodate unattended children in our treatment rooms or reception area. Our staff are not trained or insured to supervise children, so please do not bring them to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can serve all our clients effectively, we have a 48-hour cancellation policy:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits can be transferred to your next appointment if you cancel within the 48-hour window. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to book an appointment. This deposit can be applied to your treatment if you cancel within 48 hours or reschedule.
