A highly sought-after, non-invasive treatment, this deep-cleansing facial combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection to revitalise and enhance the skin’s overall health and appearance. It’s an ideal way to invest in healthy skin with a cost-effective solution, addressing concerns on both the face and body such as fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone, clogged pores, dryness, and back acne (bacne). Consistency is key when it comes to building healthy habits and achieving lasting results, making regular treatments the best approach for long-term skin improvement.
Option 1: Pay the full amount upfront at a discounted rate (see below).
Option 2: Pay a 25% deposit to secure your plan, then pay the reduced session price at each appointment (£97 for a Signature Hydrofacial or £119 for a Deluxe).
Membership Usage Period
- All 12 Hydrofacials must be redeemed within the 12-month membership period.
- Any unused treatments will expire when the membership ends.
- Up to two Hydrofacial sessions can be transferred as a gift. (Please notify us in advance to transfer these treatments.)
Appointments and Deposit
- Members are responsible for scheduling treatments within the membership period.
- Rescheduling is permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeited treatments.
• We’ll work to accommodate your preferred times, but specific appointment slots cannot be guaranteed.
Refund Policy
- Membership fees are non-refundable.
- Memberships are a 12-month commitment, and early cancellations will not receive a refund for unused months or treatments.
- Members who wish to cancel early may be responsible for remaining payments for the membership term or will forfeit any further services and discounts.
Renewal and Expiration
- Memberships are valid for 12 months from the activation date and will not automatically renew unless specified otherwise.
